Píës-sêbari Fêqê (/dè/ /sɘˈbari/ [silver] [cliff]) is a temperate Large Town located in the Lëcêngthëvi Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Píës-sêbari Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Píës-sêbari Fêqê was founded by Shîb Glêg̈, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Píës-sêbari Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 27°C (80°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 30°C (86°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 25°C (77°F). Píës-sêbari Fêqê receives an average of 195 cm/y (76 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Píës-sêbari Fêqê covers an area of nearly 6 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 2228 m (7309 ft) above sea level.

Overview

Píës-sêbari Fêqê was founded durring the late 13th century in spring of the year 1174, by Shîb Glêg̈. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.

Píës-sêbari Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Píës-sêbari Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.

Píës-sêbari Fêqê is buildings are arranged arround a network of premissive baked earthen streets which form a diamond shaped grid, where each diamond verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller diamond has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town rests behind a thick wall made from clay bricks. The wall has all of the proper fortifications and is well made. Unfortuantly the nature of clay brick leaves it quite vulnerable to siege equipment, though the thickness of the wall lends it simmilar resistnace to a thinner hardrock wall. The millitarily questionable fortifications have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.

A look around Píës-sêbari Fêqê makes it abundantly clear the town suffered something horrible some time ago. It's as if the town itself is depressed. Smiles are few, cheer is nowhere to be had. Everyone quietly goes about their daily business not looking anyone in the eye.

Civic Infrastructure

It may be a matter of dark sorcerers, foreign spies, traitorous neighbors, shape shifting monsters, or some other hidden evil. This evil may be a recent fear, or it may be an inherited peril they’ve always had to guard against. The danger itself may or may not exist, or if it exists it may not justify the steps being taken.

Píës-sêbari Fêqê's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its striking sculptural forms and often dazzling ornamental detail that characterizes the buildings general shape. The radiant colors, rich patterns, and symmetrical silhouettes employed by this style were backed up by rich decorative features including gardens, courtyards, extruded arches, domes, pointed domes, vaulted ceilings, elaborate painted and inlaid designs, and decorative sculptures.

Due to the actions of local Kami, spring is recurring in Píës-sêbari Fêqê.
